Business Center
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Description:
Our business center is located in the clubhouse. Rules and Regulations
1. Users may not install or download any program, file, or software updates onto the business center computers. Files created on the business center computers will not be private and will be deleted.
2. It is not acceptable to use Internet access for any purposes that violate U.S. or state laws, to transmit or receive material that is threatening, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or pornographic, or to interfere with or disrupt network users, services, or equipment. Disruptions include but are not limited to: distribution of unsolicited advertising, propagation of computer worms and viruses, and using the network to make unauthorized entry to any other machine accessible via the network.
3. Users may not alter or damage existing hardware or software, including but not limited to changing configurations, settings, and preferences. Creating auto-logins to your personal accounts is not allowed. This creates problems for other users and is a risk to your own privacy.
4. Users may make only authorized copies of copyrighted or licensed software or data. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that copyright law is not violated and that authors/creators are compensated when applicable.
5. Users are advised to refrain from revealing their personal address, banking or credit card information on the Internet.
6. Children 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult when using any of the business center computers, including the Internet. Older children may use the Internet independently; however, monitoring what a child views on the Internet remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
7. The user is responsible for any damage caused to the business center computers and for any losses or damages sustained by the owner as a result of the user’s use of the computers.
8. Be certain that your Recreational Activities Waiver is signed and current.
9. Violators of the above will have their computer/Internet privileges permanently revoked.

Clothes Care Center
Hours:
Daily 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Description:
Laundry costs are $1.35 per load. The Smart Card you were issued is needed to operate the machines.
The rules and regulations of the Clothes Care Center are as follows:
1. Please help us keep the Clothes Care Center clean.
2. Please only use the recommended amount of detergent. These are highly efficient machines and use less detergent than regular machines. (Less is more)
3. Please do not overload the machines as it will cause them to be less effective. It will also increase the time it takes you to do laundry. Overloading can also cause the machines to breakdown.
4. Please try to be very conscious of how long your clothing have been in the washer/dryer and try to keep it at a minimum so others will be able to use the machines.
5. Please clean out the lint filter after you have used the dryer.
6. Please notify the Leasing Office if you notice any issues with the machines.
7. To put additional money on your Laundry Card or “Smart Card,” visit the Value Card Meter in the Fitness Center. If you have any issues with the Smart Card or the Card Meter, notify the Leasing Office and we can assist you.

Clubhouse

Description:
Our clubhouse is available for rent to current residents at a fee of $35 per hour. Residents that want to reserve the clubhouse must call the office to reserve the date and sign a contract.

Fitness Center
Hours:
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Description:
The Fitness Center entrance is located on the southwest side of the clubhouse and is accessible through the pool gate. You must have your key fob in order to access the Fitness Center.
The rules and regulations of the Fitness Center are as follows:
1. The Fitness Center is to be used at your own risk.
2. The Fitness Center is for residents that are 18 years of age and older.
3. Appropriate Fitness Center attire is required (tennis shoes, t-shirt, shorts, etc.)
4. You must follow the posted guidelines in the Fitness Center at all times.
5. If there are machines or equipment malfunctions, please notify the Leasing Office immediately.
6. It is strongly recommended that you consult with a physician before starting any exercise program.

Package Receipt

Description:
The office staff will sign for resident packages unless directed by resident not to do so. Packages can be picked up during normal office hours.

Picnic & Barbeque Areas

Rules and Regulations
1. Grilling is not permitted within 15 feet of buildings, landscape, or other similar structures.
2. Please extinguish any hot coals before leaving picnic area.
3. Never dispose of hot ash in combustible containers.
4. Please dispose of all trash in the proper containers.
5. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Storage
Description:
Storage units are available to rent for a fee of $40.00 per month.

Swimming Pool
Hours:
Seasonally - Open daily from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Description:
Our community pool is available from Labor Day weekend through Memorial Day weekend. A pool attendant is on duty during hours of operation.
The pool rules and regulations are governed in part by the State and Local Departments of Public Health and are for the protection and benefit of all to ensure a safe and sanitary operation of the pool. Your cooperation in abiding by these rules and regulations will afford pleasant recreation for all. Any failure to comply with the rules and regulations and/or the instruction of the staff and pool attendants shall be considered sufficient cause for barring violators from use of the pool.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Resident’s under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a lease holder for pool admission. No one under the age of 18 can watch residents under 16 at the pool.
2. Pool may be closed at anytime due to breakdown, inclement weather, lack of use, or any other operational difficulty at the discretion of the manager and pool attendant on duty.
3. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area at any time. A person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior shall not be permitted in the pool area.
4. Upon entering the pool area, all residents and guests must sign in on the daily pool registration sheet. You must bring your pool pass and a photo ID with current address in order to enter the pool area.
5. Each resident is allowed two guests at no charge (per visit). For more than two guests, there is a fee of $2.00 per additional guest. This charge will be billed to your account.
6. All bathers MUST take a shower before entering the pool area.
7. Only bathing attire will be allowed in the pool. No denim shorts, t-shirts, etc. are allowed.
8. Only “swimmer diapers” will be allowed on children whom are not potty trained.
9. Admissions will be refused to anyone with skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eye infections, or any other conditions, which may endanger other pool goers.
10. No running, pushing, wrestling, throwing people, or causing undue disturbance at the pool.
11. No wheeled vehicles will be permitted in the pool area.
12. No large pool toys are allowed.
13. Eating and drinking are allowed in the designated area only.
14. Smoking is not permitted at the pool.

Tennis Court

Rules and Regulations
1. Be careful. Use of tennis courts is at your own risk.
2. The tennis courts are to be used for playing tennis only. Skateboarding, rollerblading, bike riding, or any other activity other than tennis playing is prohibited.
3. Please contact the leasing office if nets are down. We keep them down to reduce potential damage.
